Industry and product experts will deliver thought leading perspectives for the shipyard
Cambridge, UK - 23 August 2011: AVEVA (LSE:AVV), a leader in engineering design and information management solutions for the plant, power and marine industries, announced today that AVEVA product experts will be delivering presentations at the 15th International Conference on Computer Applications in Shipbuilding (ICCAS) event, 20-22 September 2011, Trieste, Italy. ICCAS, organised by Royal Institute of Naval Architects (RINA), will review operational experience from existing computer applications in the design and build of ships and offshore structures. It will also examine the advances in Information Technology which have contributed to increased productivity in both shipbuilding and maritime operations.
