Mazak Optonics has introduces the new Hyper Gear 510 Champion. The Hyper Gear Champion features high speed, high accuracy cutting utilizing a flying optics two pallet changer design with linear motors on 5 axes. It maintains the speed of the Hyper Gear series machines while offering a lower initial investment.
The Mazak Hype Gear Champion is available in 2.5kW and 4.0kW configurations that can process from the thinnest steel up to 2.5mm mild steel. It offers a 1525 x 3050 mm bed. The HG Champion delivers integrated automated focal length analysis, nozzle standoff, and nozzle maintenance setup capabilities that facilitate unattended operation.
The Champion utilises the Preview II control and linear drives to cut at unmatched speeds with 3G of acceleration, yet with the precision to maintain corner integrity, tight dimensional accuracy and roundness on contours.
The Hyper Gear Champion is available with a large range of automated material handling systems including Load/Unload Cells and Flexible Manufacturing Systems. |
