MICROCUT launched New Ram type HBM-5 series Horizontal Borer

The newly developed CNC Ram type Boring and Milling Machine, Microcut HBM-5 series is now under the commercial production and ready to the market. The table type horizontal borer is equipped with Ram movement on the spindle, roller type linear guide ways on X/Z axes offer fast rigid feed and high speed machining capability, and box way with hardened and ground on Y axis allows working at high rigid and moving. Also, 0.001 degree high indexing accuracy rotary table, 15 tons, 20 tons, and 40 tons, are available for selection.
The large loading capacity working tables of HBM-5 series can be widely utilized in the energy industry, mining industry, oil & gas industry, and die & mold industry. Furthermore, Microcut developed intelligent compensation technique, Straightness Tolerance Compensation Technology (SCT), is applied to this series which can handle the massive work pieces with high tolerance, stability and rapidity.
