1.Specially designed die head and moulds with optimized structure; inlaying,cooling,pulling units are mixed with the necessary elements which ensure high speed and stable production of the plastic pipe.
2.Adopting the swashplate rotating disc to screen and order water dropper,with high precision screening and high speed ordering,ensuring the water dropper supply during the high speed production.
3.The water dropper inlay adopts push rod,insure the precision of water dropper spacing at the different production line speed.
4.The high speed pulling machine with tighten type multi-group rollers ,is equipped with high speed wear-resisting belt,the clamping pressure can be adjusted automatically,which is suitable for high speed pulling of different diameter pipe and kinds of small diameter pipe.
5.Adopting the mechanical punching mode,to track the processing speed of water dropper ,insure the exact punching location .
6.The series production processes such as water dropper feeding,screening and ordering,conveying inlay,pulling,punching and coiling are sync controlled by imported PLC,which insure the precision and synchronous control and stable processing during the high speed production.
7. The products are used for many irrigation fields such as greenhouse canopy, landscape engineering and farmland planting.
Application:
Water-saving drip irrigation line is used to produce PE pipe which irrigate the plant ,vegetable,and fruit,trees and flowers and in the filed of farmland(cotton,etc.).
And when it delivers water, it also can give nutrition liquid. So the drip belt has been a perfect establishment for producing excellent and hurtles vegetables and fruit.
