Application
Fully automatic capping machine for screw caps to bottles, it can accommodate many sizes and styles of closures.
The capping outfit is mostly composed by several devices: bulk supply hopper, cap elevator, cap dropping, capping device, conveyor belt etc. can be combined with production line or run separately
Operation Principle
Caps are retrieved automatically from the bulk supply hopper, oriented by elevator and fed to the chute escapement, then transported to the capping station before being transferred to the container. Conveying bottles is controlled by friendly touch screen. Containers ingress, then cap is fixed on container automatically. Cap tightening wheels tighten the cap. It adopts ambulacra and sprocket wheel drive way, three pair tightening lines guarantee caps intactness and tightness, damage ratio is lower 1%. Avoiding caps shatter and uneven tightness.
