BHS offers a wide variety of impact crushers (type PB) and mills (type PM) with horizontal shaft and ranging from low to medium capacity. With BHS impact crushers and mills, you obtain excellent crushing results with a constant grain-size curve. In the last few years, the machines have been fully redesigned based on extensive research. For you, the result is better crushing performance and lower operating costs in terms of maintenance and wear.
BHS impact crushers and mills have a very large feed opening relative to their size. This enables optimum utilization of the crushing chamber during the process sequence and prevents clogging.

We offer a variety of devices for adjusting the gap width, including fully automatic systems. The hydraulic system for opening the housing helps make the machines very easy to maintain. Our patented retaining system means the blow bars are reversible and easy to exchange.
At our in-house technical center in Sonthofen, we can conduct large-scale crushing tests using customer-specific materials. |
