It is automated product line,which process is as follows:First,loading comminution pvc materials to mixing device manully,then running the auto work cycle process-drying and transmitting to loading device-plasticizing,extruding and forming cooling the forming dies-cooling in the cycle water container-drying with compress-air blowing -towing with tow device-automatic punch device-transmitting workpiece with manipulator-placing workpiece-last,moving the workpiece manually.
The characteristics of this line are as follows:
1. It introduces automatic production and has high producing efficiency.Comparing with the old line,the work cycle time is 1/5and only need one operator to operate.
