1. Designation: Baggage wrapper LP600F-L is a machine for packing luggage and
baggage at the airports site ????passenger terminals or any other transport hubs. It is
designated to increase the security of the luggage during the transportation by
protection against: pilferage, smuggling, damages, accidental openings, dust and
humidity, scratches and any other accidents which can happened during the
movement of the luggage over the conveyer belt system
2. Electrical power supply: 220/230 Volts / 50-60 Hz Hz, installed power 0,5 ?W
(single phases).
Recommendations for airport fuse (circuit breaker) power supply: For smooth
operation of the machine during the starting period, a fuse with 100 mA (0.1 A)
protection coil is required (63 Amp or less). Also ??i????type of fuse can be utilized
made in Schneider Electric (Merlin Geren),
3. Material usage: Machine is using a standard type of stretch folio packaging
material for creating a hard to tear, resistance, waterproof cover over the baggage.
The folio is recyclable. Specifications: wide 50 sm., thickness 20-23 microns, length
1500 meters, weight max 16 kg, stretchable, one side sticky, transparent or colored.
4. Main technical data of the machine:
4.1. Powered pre-stretch mechanism inside (up to250 %), meaning material savings;
4.2. Usage of standard (normal) size of stretch-folio material (50 sm. in width, 23
microns in thickness, 1500 meters long. hard core inside 75 mm). Most of the
machines of the competitors are using non-standard 76 sm. in wide folio, which is not
available on the market.
4.3. Capability to wrap almost any size of luggage in just one step by adjustable metal
pins. Max baggage weight 50 kg, max dimensions of the luggage ????1300 mm to 1300
mm (W/H).
4.4. Entirely automatic functions (auto mode). Also manual mode is available from the
front panel for easy and comprehensive wrapping of non-standard (fragile) items.
4.5 Fast wrapping speed, rotary speed adjustments (0-50 rpm), vertical folio
movement speed adjustment, smooth start and soft stop functions.
4.6 Up/Down movement of the folio in auto mode, helping for the smooth wrapping of
big suitcases.
4.7 Number of the rotation adjustment (Layers adjustment), folio tension adjustment.
4.8 Three different Baggage items wrapped counters installed, having capability for
stopping and non stopping functions (also shift bags counter installed). All
counters are available to display from the front panel via operating panel, connected via CPU.
4.9 Micro electronics delivered by OMRON(JAPAN)
4.10 Size of the machine: length 1600mm, width 600 mm, high 1700 mm, Many
color options;
4.11 Machine is powered on 110 / 220 Volts (50-60 Hz), power consumption less
than 0.5 KWatts;
4.12 Safety regulations are covered by Emergency stop and control switchers on the
main doors of the machine for power cut off in some cases, including safety
regulation labels showing the possible risk of accidents during the operation.
Machine is supplied with manual instructions, maintenance brochure and CE
marks.
