Nozzle Design
INCOE® nozzle designs offer 2 types of mounting onto the manifold system based on your application.
DFQ style DFX style
Nozzles have a threaded base which screws directly into the manifold. This ensures a secure, leak proof connection to the manifold and facilitates construction of our Unitized systems. Utilizes a compression fit onto the manifold. Mold back and retainer plates secure the entire system in place.
Multi Zone Nozzles
Typical in large part applications requiring longer lengths, INCOE®'s multi zone nozzles use separate multiple heaters to ensure the heat profile can be precisely controlled. Available on our DF8 - DF25 series, these multi zone nozzles provide optimal thermal control over the entire length of the nozzle.
Twin Heater Technology
INCOE® nozzles are equipped with twin heater technology. Heating elements are connected in parallel to a single set of leads from the heaters. If one element burns out, the redundant heater continues seamless operation until routine maintenance can be performed.
Shot Weight
The DF Gold nozzle types process from <110g up to 9000g shot weights.
