INCOE Corporation USA Company  |  Products  |  News  |  Contact Us DF5 Valve Gate DFQ and DFX style nozzle Hydraulic / Pneumatic DF Valve Gate systems, designed with robust and compact cylinders, offer superior performance and gate quality with both hydraulic and pneumatic actuation available. Direct Mount Units Actuation cylinders mount directly onto the manifold making it unnecessary to remove the valve pins before removing the entire system from the mold. Valve pin adjustment is simply accomplished without hot runner system dis-assembly. Integrated Compact Design The direct mount feature also allows INCOE® DFQ hydraulic Valve Gate systems to be supplied as a completely self-contained unit, both pre-plumbed and pre-wired. Clean Room Ready Pneumatic DF Valve Gate systems are ideal for clean room molding applications such as medical disposables. Zero gate vestige and pneumatic actuation allows consistent and rapid closing of the valve pin, complimenting part weight and dimension requirements. Nozzle Design Systems can utilize either our threaded DFQ series of nozzles, or our compression fit DFX nozzles.
