Inline surface inspection and profile measurement in one system
ProfilControl-DualHead is the combination of a ProfilControl surface inspection system and a profile measurement system. The advantage of this combination is the compact layout of these two important quality control systems in one station in the extrusion line. Thus precious line space is saved and the line operators are getting quickly used to having one quality station with the same easy to use touchscreen interfaces. The functionalities are identical to the two single version of the sub systems, which you can find in detail under "Inline Profile Surface Inspection" and "Inline Profile Measurement". |
