To create a lightweight yet strong Airline, we selected high-grade aluminum cut to a precision of 1/100th of a millimeter.
Below are Airline''s 4 finishing steps - the secret to achieving its unbelievably rich color and shine.
1. Surface of each piece is color coated.
2. Those same pieces are then sanded by hand for smoothness.
3. Another layer of coating is applied for evenness.
4. Lastly, the pieces are carefully polished by hand with special high gloss coat.
