VFP Ink technologies is a French company that manufactures and develops UV and solvent based inks and varnishes. On 19 - 20 March, the company will be showcasing its expertise, know-how and innovations at Cartes Asia 2014 in Hong Kong, China.
VFP has leveraged its sound knowledge of customer requirements to invent UVICARD, a new, revolutionary ultraviolet (UV)-drying ink for plastic cards and more specifically bank cards that does not release any pollutants during the curing process.
In addition to this environmental aspect, which is an increasingly valuable asset in light of new regulations, UVICARD offers optimised drying times and consumes 20% less energy than solvent inks.
UVICARD is the fruit of many years of research and development. It can be applied to all types of PVCs and has an exceptional life span of 12 months. It is available in a broad spectrum of colours.
VFP is able to meet all ink and varnish needs by offering professionals products suited to a large number of applications such as screen-printing, flexo printing and digital printing.
VFP's range of products also includes the solvent-free, halogen-free water-based inks AQUACARD as well as SOLVCARD which does not contain any additives.
